Simply put, the past 6 months have been amazing! I understand the big picture for the company, the goals and how to achieve them. This is a new role for me and it has been challenging in a good way. Each day I am learning and applying that knowledge to future projects.

My team is awesome! Everyone is so eager to help and take the time to train new employees. It is such a positive environment!

The leadership team is positive and that sets the tone for the company. My team is positive in a way I have never seen at any other company. Quite amazing!
What makes you most happy at work?
When I feel like I have made an impact by completing my work and adding value to the team. I am a new employee and want to contribute to the team's success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The SPS Leadership team is committed to the goals of the company and is eager to share and inspire all employees. I have only been with the company about 6 months and its amazing to feel the positive energy and really know how your role impacts the company.
