Everyone is smart and supportive. My coworkers are my favorite thing about working here.

What makes you most happy at work?

My coworkers, my manager, and achieving the small goals I set for myself each day.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is usually pretty visible, and present in the office. They seem like regular people most of the time which I appreciate.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I love the random perks that SPS offers, e.g. events, swag, food, etc. This makes coming in and being in the office more exciting. Additionally, the fact that anyone is allowed to explore/shadow any role and career path they desire is pretty amazing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't feel "undervalued," per se, but I do feel underpaid. I know that my work is appreciated by both my team and our customers, but I truly believe that my team (support) should be making $10K more per year than we do. We may be bottom-of-the-barrel but our job is often thankless and demanding.
