Work from home is new to me but SPS made so easy with the new employee training and the mentor program that it was very easy for me to start contributing to the company's goals very fast. And now my wonderful team comes to help when needed so I never feel that I have to battle my battles alone.

The leadership team is very focused, goal oriented and has an ambitious but achievable vision which is challenging and inspiring.

Constant challenges. They make you move and think fast and a lot of times outside the box to find the most beneficial solution for a client.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the best! Every individual is very helpful and readily available to assist with questions. This made my life so much easier when I was new. And even now because the learning process never stops at SPS.
