Love the work we do, the culture and the people.... we are growing fast. However, as a growth organization I think a better job could be done to not burn out existing employees. Seems we are rarely adequately staffed and consistently have an overwhelming amount on our plates.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Work life balance could be improved by having enough head count. As a growth organization it always feels like we are down a person and never fully ramped, which burdens the team that remains.
