It is a laid back job with great coworkers. I currently am not looking into other jobs because I enjoy that aspect of it. I do believe I am underpaid by quite a bit though, and hope that can change in the future with a promotion.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am kept busy and the time flies by.

They've continued SPS success for over 20 years with consecutive growth
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are given a lot of great benefits. Like free lunch, team outings, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all think alike, and we use each other as resources to be better at our jobs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make about $20K less than the average person with the same job as me. For the hard work and years of service I have put into SPS, I think I deserve higher wages.
