We genuinely want one another to suceed and be happy. Each person is so smart is a unique way that it makes for a strong mix.

Everyone seems very open-minded and hungry to learn. It's difficult to build a culture where people show up as students everyday, but we have a lot of people who do and it makes a difference.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team encourages everyone to support one another as humans as much as colleagues -- and it's not just lip service. It's such a safe place that it feels like a trick at first for those of us who have come in from more toxic environments.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No matter what your title is, you're encouraged to develop relationship with all levels within the company. Most of our leaders are incredibly human and approachable -- making it feel like a safe place to contribute as an individual and as a part of a strong team.
