Being with my team, getting to speak with customers of ours, and getting to grow and develop professionally and personally.

My team feels like a genuine family! I look forward to working with them every day. They care about me as a person and I feel the same care for them, absolutely love being on my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like our hiring process is so buttoned up that they only hire the best people I have ever encountered. I would spend time with any employee of SPS outside of work based on everyone I have met so far, and I have been here for quite some time.
