Every single person on my team is top notch at what they do and it's a unique blend of pushing each other to be excellent while also supporting each other in hitting our individual goals. This team motivates each other and each person is ethical, intelligent and overall a great person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This culture is made up of the people and I could talk about how diverse it is, but at the end of the day SPS hires quality humans and works hard to keep those quality humans. Regardless of background or any other identifier, my colleagues are top notch and amazing and inclusive.
