Great vision and great values but a slow pace to adopt the ongoing challenges. The european management has no clue what is important tob Nr.1! They are only looking on unimportant details and don't realize the real problems! Only Black& White but the market has 50 Shades of grey!

I don't know if the company is using my full potential.

My team and my partner are the reason why i'm staying with this company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Execute the culture and don't write colourfull picture which nobody in the upper management is following.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership in the country is doing a great and inspiring job. Executive team in europe is it not.
