It can be a good environment at times without the boss watching over you like a prison guard thinking you are going to steal something from them knowing full well they are the ones who steal from the company and like to blame the staff for it.

Knowing I still have a job to work at.

The one thing I like about is meeting new and some familiar people along the way.

The one thing I can say about the staff is that we all treat each other like family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's is no leadership organization whatsoever and management is rude to it's employees especially towards women and they don't pay fairly at all.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Is when the interviewer exactly said that they will call you back if they are interested in hiring you for the position and they stick to their word.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They need to increase in payroll for their staff and stop reducing full time work hours so that employees can have a decent paycheck to feed their families.
