It was a comfortable environment and the boss was professional but relaxed .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
3 years in and ive only earned 3 pto days , its not very clear how this system works.
What makes you most happy at work?
Everyone is frendly and honest , good working , understanding, helpful. Most of our customers are also wonderful people. It makes the days nice
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Family is number one with our leadership team.as a single mom of 4, that means so much to me. Staples is my longest standing retail job. I just made 3 years! And its because our team is so understanding and supportive.
