I'd rate my experience 8/10. I've been with the company for more than five years and its a great company to work for. The only drawback is there's a very military style hierarchy and most of management is stuck in the past.
What are some of the best things about your team?
While they are all professional, they are also down to earth and relatable. There is a sense of motivation to them and an edge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do recognize hard work and loyalty even if it takes a while for that to translate into more tangible outcomes like a promotion/salary increase.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing would be that for a company that comes off as super corporate, the people are actually sincere and care about what they do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being salaried and bonus eligible. As I transition into a part of my life where I will become a parent, I wish the company had paid paternal leave.
What makes you most happy at work?
Mostly getting paid but having genuine moments with my co-workers during a project is a close second. There's a great feeling working together to accomplish something and finally getting it done.
