TTEC is a wonderful company with a lot of opportunities, but I do feel we could be getting paid a lot better. It's not very motivating to be looking for CSR that ge paid more than we do as admin

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel valued if we had a fair salary, the agents we hire get paid better than we do.
