The leadership team of the Talent Acquisition Team is the best. They are employee centric. The culture they provide, the servant leadership has been amazing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I have is amazing. They are supportive in every way possible. The culture we have in having each other's back has been helpful during times where it gets a bit tough at work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the current inflation of daily expenses, the salary we are currently earning is barely enough to make ends meet. I wish the company acknowledges the contributions we provide for the company's business. We are severely underpaid in comparison with other companies hiring for the same position.
