What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everyone wants more :), but I really appreciate that we have a dialog about compensation and personal salary expectations. So my expectations matched with companies, and I am satisfied with my current compensation package.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can always learn something from my team. I feel that I am not only a team member but sometimes a friend or mentor. My team likes activities, proactive solutions and hitting the target, as they can get more commission.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a multicultural company and I like that company tries to build an office environment for everyone. I like initiatives related to sharing the culture from different countries or regions. I like our positive competitive environment as we are sellers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like that I can be transparent and being able to voice my ideas. We discuss all topics and share a common vision. Even when we can have different points of view it helps us to find the best solution. Love this atmosphere.
