for my first work experience I can say that TTEC helped and thought me a lot of things. I can say that I did improve and i learned a lot in this company. I may not be satisfied with the salary I have right, but it still gave me a good experience in terms of work.

Better management and attitude and also better salary or please increase our salary
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the salary we have right now is not enough. please increase the salary we have not just the work and responsibilities. other company already offers more than what we are having right now.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
for my team right I can say that I have the best colleagues but because of low salary most of them did not last in the company. because the offer in different company is much better than here in ttec.
