Even if I rated some low, TTEC is one of the companies that I appreciated and respected. I've grown a lot in this company. Thankful of the experiences, including challenges, that I got. Blessed to have worked with great colleagues and leaders. I've met a lot of talented individuals.

My colleagues, the everyday learnings we get from our tasks, the pay and bonus (of course)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TTEC has a very supportive, collaborative and engaging environment. Employees are helpful as well as the management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More on improvement on benefits. I've been here in the company for more than 10 years and I saw how the company grew. But, till now we don't have retirement benefits. This is one benefit that we, employees, want to have. I don't see this coming soon which is very sad as employees are resigning.
