I came to TTEC straight out of Active Duty military service. Even before service, I had never had a job (other that the zipline & outdoor supply store I worked at) that I enjoy this much. When I do have to work remote, I find myself sad that I'm not in my office. I tell people it feels like 2nd home

We make an outstanding team. We always communicate, work well together, and get the job done! :)
What makes you most happy at work?
Being in the office, seeing everyone, interacting with candidates and knowing the work I'm doing is making an impact.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare & having the option for a flex spend account. It's helped so much in the last year with medical expenses.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The engagement activities that take place onsite & virtually. There's almost always an opportunity to leave work with some kind or prize/recognition!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Seek first to understand. Even with my first TTEC supervisors, I always knew & still know that I can be open & honest about things & they will always work with me to understand what I need!
