Attendance. Work is a lot easier when everyone shows up.

I really enjoy the bonus checks at the end of the month based on performance.

What makes you most happy at work?

I'm most excited about hitting daily goals so that I can try to achieve a higher bonus check

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to get better at touching base with each team member. There is a lot of favoritism with the management team.

WCI has been a good company to work for over the years. I think the company, and in particular Corporate, has struggled to connect with the field over the past few years. Many Corp initiatives are launched on the field with poor roll outs and communication making it challenging to execute locally.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our site centers around the concept of "work hard, play harder". Our company emphasizes the concept of "work family"

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I make an excellent wage, and benefits are excellent. I have a great supervisor, and enjoy my job!
