Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont feel undervalued but I do know there are some people that started after me that make more than I do
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For an office full of women there is no drama.....it is more like family than co-workers they are fun helpful and supportive to the max! If it were nt for Jessica I imagine it wouldn't b ethis way, she's truly an amazing person and boss
