I will be forever thankful for this company and my manager. No matter the situation, my manager and this company has been there to support me and help however possible, always going above and beyond. I cannot express how much my manager means to me or how thankful and blessed I am that I work here.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. The fun and positive atmosphere.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The fun! I work with the best team around, hands down. Everyone comes to work with great energy and is always ready to lend a hand wherever they can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't necessarily feel undervalued as a whole. I know that I am a valued part of this company. I do however, feel that when an employee has worked here for 3-4 years and the new hires are being compensated almost the same rate, it is quite discouraging.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is always so friendly and supportive. You can get to get at least 3-4 smiley "good mornings" when you walk in. The teamwork is also amazing. Between CSR's themselves but also when it takes the CSR's, operations, and/or dispatch together to solve a problem, the teamwork really shines.
It is wonderful to get a smile and good morning when coming to work. Thank you for sharing your work experience!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that there is a very strong family connection. I know that my manager truly cares about me and everyone else. I like that for the first time in my life, I am not afraid of having to leave work to take care of my child because my manager supports me in being able to care for my child.
