Truly disheartened. There is not tangible investment in positively impacting the lives of TMs. There is an illusion of investment through training/mentorship programs, but they become measurables that leaders must meet, rather than an earnest investment in TM growth.

Communication clear vision from top to bottom. Communicate and execute plan to improve TM benefits, pay scales, and work life balance.

A clear intention from the company to improve and impact the lives of TMs. The raise structure is outdated, and starting salaries are lagging behind the rest of the job market.
