It's been overall positive. I enjoy the work I do and enjoy the challenge. I am just unsure of the Haveli situation, how long they will hold onto ZF, and what the future holds with outsourcing talent outside the US.

I really like the people at ZF, one of the best things. I love the work I do and feel fulfilled. Please hire more product people in Baltimore! I've definitely grown in my role here and take on more strategic work, yet still able to ship real artifacts. No leveling system beyond 'senior' in my role

Making an impact on users and customers, and making others at the company excited about the work I'm doing

I feel like I can ask others for help and they are quick to jump in and give feedback, set up a call or meeting, talk something out, etc. without it affecting me negatively

Everyone is willing to help out with my work, whether it be hop on a call or help enable me or give me permissions I need to move forward. They are supportive of the cause

I can work directly with them to align on our goals and they don't feel so top down, waterfall-like. I also like that they trust me with my work and I can take ownership of what I do

I like that they are putting more focus into the quality of our products. They seem to recognize the careful thought and craftsmanship of a product makes us a premium offering and valuable to current and prospective customers.

Shipping things and getting real user feedback on it, whether it's something that lights them up and makes them happy or it's critical feedback that pushes our product further. I also like 1 on 1 chats with people I can confide in that help me grow in my role or in life
