My time at ZeroFox has consisted of lots of change. Acquisitions, personnel changes, titles changes, manager changes etc. What I have expressed in other surveys prior is the need for stability and consistency throughout a substantial period of time.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Since I begin my career at ZeroFox upon college graduation I have met countless great people and found amazing mentors. I have been promoted twice in my two years here and continue to look for ways to grow and further drive value to ZeroFox as a whole.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency of the Executive Team over the past year has been appreciated.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 3% 401k contribution has been a great add to our compensation package.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team within PSS operates as a cohesive unit and has built tremendous momentum heading into Q4.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The internal team and clients I work with here what make the culture and environment at the company.

The leadership team has begun exploring more ways to put their employees first and are beginning to make strides in this process.

Communication is the most important thing for me with any team. Our team has always been great at quick responses and team collaboration.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What I enjoy most is the openness to help across the company. All across the BU, people are willing to jump in to support.
What makes you most happy at work?
The positive impact that I am able to make on my peers and being able to solve problems/provide a quality service to our customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that with the constant movement of personal and lack of a career path it leaves employees with no confidence in what is next for them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the new challenges that come in each day from my customer base and the growth within PSS. Hunting down new business and securing a high level of satisfaction is what makes each day great!
