My time at ZeroFox has been great from the beginning. Though I have my issues, I don't have the dread or stress of other jobs. I feel I'm learning and growing, and the team around me raises me up.

We truly support each other, and raise each other up. It's a chemistry unlike any I've had at any other org.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There seems to be an overall focus on "best idea wins", and that can allow spotlights to be shone on individuals you wouldn't expect.
What makes you most happy at work?
Good banter with good people. Finding that lightbulb moment with an issue when everything comes into place. I'd be lying if I didn't also say the money.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A lack of cost of living increase is a pain particularly felt in this current economic climate. With that considered, I'm making "less" than when I started. Also, compared to similar titled roles, the salary is a bit lower, even when you factor benefits.
