It's been great! I have work/life balance. Managers that care about my wellbeing. I have great coworkers and made very good friends. Only thing is the budgeting for tools that our team needs. We are a cybersecurity company and I don't feel that is a priority for the company.

I like the transparency, especially on the financial side.

The collaboration and how we have each other's back.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a huge pay gap between teams. I would like that gap to be smaller or non-existent.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to take the security of the company more seriously. Invest in it. Not try to cut costs around.

We are there for each other, we help each other out, we support each other, we have a good relationship, we trust each other to have our backs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It seems the leadership team actually cares about the people, or at least they make it look that way. I also like how everyone is supportive of each other and there is a culture of collaboration.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't see it reflected in my compensation. I would like a significant raise that reflects all the effort that I put in my work. I also don't know if I'm being paid fairly compared to the market. I don't get much feedback, so I don't know if I'm doing good or bad. I believe I'm doing well
