I feel my experience is skewed by poor and inconsistent management at a department level. There is also constant change/turnover with my team and cross-departments I rely on, which makes it hard to feel secure in my job role. Otherwise, my actual role is exactly what I want to be doing in my career.

Pay is below the national average for my position. There is no clear way of advancement and only one opportunity per year to talk about compensation.

I and my team need some top down KPIs to work towards. There is inconsistency, specifically on my team, as to what we are working towards together.
