A wild ride but I've enjoyed every minute of it. It's been ever changing in the last 3 years but I am excited for what the future holds.

We all worked really hard to take the company public, celebrated the win, and then Foster sold. Feels like there is a lack of direction and culture now. It doesn't feel the same.. feels like at any moment we are going to be sold or that another layoff is coming. We no longer have a great reputation

Their honesty and transparency have been a breath of fresh air

Communication overall and communication between teams, retaining talent, establishing a culture.

They are great people I would enjoy being around outside of work as well

They are the type of people I would spend time with outside of working hours. We have a great relationship.

Working with people that are collaborative and want to accomplish more than just on their job description and getting paid well to do so
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not a lot of positives since the acquisition. Feels like there is a lack of direction, a lot of tenured/well respected employees leaving every month. There is a lot more micro managing. On a positive note, there are still some great people that work here that believe in this company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No career growth in my position, it's never even been discussed with me. I have the same title I've started with over 3 years. I've had 4 different managers in 3 years. My compensation had commission and now is capped off with a bonus this will not allow me to make more than the previous year.
