Success speaks for itself, and seeing everyone generally happy to show up to work, as well as the company consistently growing are all things that have given me a lot of peace about working here. Knowing that my leadership has my back and that they understand the working requirements intimately.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy being able to solve new puzzles every day for the client.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is reasonable overall, but somewhat low in the market, given the skillset and overall experience required.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is composed of highly diverse and driven people. In the intelligence-driven world, diversity of thought and high intellectual rigor are critical.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The perks package is reasonable without being extravagant. I do wish I could have an HSA instead of FSA for my specific health needs, but I have no real complaints about my compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company atmosphere and culture is a very tricky thing to get right, and importantly, to make authentic. People can tell the difference between grass and astroturf. The atmosphere here feels more like grass than astroturf.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team has definitely been there and done that, and it shows. They can and do hop into the trenches when it is needed, and have created the most healthy and open working culture I've personally ever experienced.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team incorporates a very strong degree of diversity of thought and a unifying theme of doing right by the customer. Every person I've spoken to or interacted with has been pleasant and more than willing to collaborate on any project.

The leadership team has taken clear measure to promote trust and effective transparency across levels. The specific talks about goals, financial prospects, and the concerted effort to specifically thank and recognize teams and individuals are paramount to a healthy team and culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The hiring choices here have consistently led to an open and healthy feeling in the company culture. I know that everyone here has the same basic direction in mind of doing right by the customer and delivering the best product we can.
