At first it feels that it's a company that gives you space, gives you the tools to grow but there are some stuff that can be improved: Being promoted shouldn't be a load of extra-work to do, sprint tickets should be super defined.

Accomplishing tickets, doing work that can be perceived by the customers

Work like a clock, we are making great efforts on disruption side
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even though I've mostly taking sprint tickets and not making extra personal job on the company , I've make big efforts to finish every ticket and feel like at least I'm ready to be promoted.
