So far it has been mostly the same even after 5 years of working, i love how they take care of employees i feel we have build a strong employee welfare. The insurance policy we have is good. The people, culture and environment is positive in nature helps keep our mind with no pressure or stress.

Open to have a talk with anyone in the company and different teams. mostly they are positive and shares their work experience to help improve skills and perspective.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team helps supports me well as needed, and gives assistance when required. time to time they give feedback that i can work up on to grow in my position.
