i feel undervalued as the work i do is not upto mu expertise and the opportunities to excel in the careers is less. can do with more compensation
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
everything is wrong , to start off you need to work on how the work should be given out, expertise are not given priorities, no scope for growth internally or externally
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they should not be partial or should not give certain importance to certain team members, but instead should be diplomatic and treat and consider everyone equally & evaluate everyone based on the performance and impact they produce.
