It has been a roller coaster ride! Many ups and downs with lots of excitement in between - some good and some bad. It does feel like there is a lot more to do than time to do it, and it is not uncommon that we change directions and end up doing re-work or more work.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall, things are great but constantly changing and we have a lot of work to do and it sometimes feels like there is not enough time to do it all. Staying busy is important to me and I definitely don't want to be bored, but it is exhausting because I constantly feel like I'm behind at work.

My salary and bonus. I am a remote employee so medical benefits are not great for my area.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very engaged with day-to-day things and stay connected to individual teams. I like seeing their faces on team meetings!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We stay connected with one another in many ways and it does feel like we are not "silo'd", but rather all of us trying to figure out how to work better together.
