Certain areas of the company don't work at the same level, and it is just assumed we need to deal with it

greatly diminished over the past several years. Leadership doesnt seem to understand what we do, just make decisions based on spreadsheets

No incentive to be successful. Limited corporate knowledge about what we do as a company and educated customers recognize this really fast. Leadership talks down to employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Why do we care as an employee if the company is profitable, it has no benifit for us. Even in the past when we werent profitable, we got raises, company awards, etc
