I consider they prioritize innovation and encouraged collaboration which fosters a positive work environment, they value new ideas and approaches. Collaboration can lead to. more comprehensive solutions and better decision making.

People is focused on what they're doing, help is available for those who need it, even if they don't work in the same department, sense of humor is important to break the ice at some moments, that makes the work easier
What makes you most happy at work?
Thinking about the contribution I put everyday with my team, taking a little time to relax by having a coffee with colleagues at the office without making feel the pressure for doing the job since I do know it's my priority at working hours
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel too undervalued. Love the job I'm doing, going above and beyond to do my best and to contribute with the company's growth and success but I consider the market rate for Latam is a little bit underrated and pay raise could be a little higher than the annual 7% that the company increases
