No room for growth, minimal competitive compensation, ZF is too redundant when it comes to daily responsibilities and "company goal", making more money for sales and executive team members to eat.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Senior executives needs to be transparent on how profits are spent. They are always talking about growth happened, but where is that profit being spent, people assume its always in senior executives pockets.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Performance is based upon how much revenue we bring in, not the relationships we build with clients. Senior executives view revenue as how much to compensate an individual and to be the brand for his or her performance.
