Generally positive. I was lucky to have a pretty good boss when I first came to zerofox that allowed me to experiment and build. They never attempted to block me, but always been supportive.

Overall the team seems to be well functioning, and people are doing their work.

Managing people / Helping people be successful at ZeroFox. My main goal is to improve productivity of the team while reducing their over all burden. Through innovative tools.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The time flexibility to get work done. It is really great that if something comes up, this team allows people to handle their IRL mess. This limits or remove distractions to get work done.
