Work and the process is really good however the people especially the manager and the TLs are becoming a pain day by day due to the lack of their management skills. Which we can see in the number of people leaving the team.

Management should change and managers should learn to manage the team without playing favourites or being biased

Learning new things at work as this is a dynamic process. Usually there is something new to learn always.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel extremely undervalued of the compansation iam getting at my SME role. The management could not even give me the title that they promised which is extremely disheartening.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get better at focusing on customer experience rather than elaborate process which is only becoming a hassle and not making anybody's life easier. Treat and talk to employees with respect and support them. If not attrition is bound to happen
