Lack of raises and promotions but bruh, work from home rizz me no cap. Its fun, open communication from leaders. I think they want to do well for employees, just the last CEO tanked this company out of selfish greed and they are cleaning it up for once. We are on a good path ahead for once.

Open communication. Doesnt operate on fear. Seems people care.
What makes you most happy at work?
Remote work changed my life. We are absolutely blessed to have such an opportunity and I will do anything it takes to preserve the luxury.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is an unspoken "no asshole" policy at ZeroFox and I love it. My team does not have any spotlighting arrogant assholes. They are kind, intelligent, personable people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, open communication, ask anything open door policy. They willingly jumped on a sinking ship, used a spoon to start removing water before finally using common sense and plugged the leak to keep it off the sea floor. They deserve credit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Prized cows get the raises and it can be demoralizing. Especially when youre told you need to perform better, but are carrying your team on a contract. Introverts always get overlooked in favor of the extroverts. Lack of promotion opportunity, but avoids peter principle...in some cases anyway.
