Positive experience. As a fairly new member of the team I sometimes I feel like there's a resistence to new processes or smarter ways of working (with configuration and triage). Also our machines are powerful but so locked down you might as wll be using a chromebook.

I like the clarity in direction, and rhe transparency on things like the town hall.

Running a deal from demo through to PO and showing resl value to the prospect

We have some really proficient AEs that really know how to qualify and close a deal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that when the region does well, I do well. It helps us all pull in the same direction as a team.
