Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. Please implement better training and safety measures for to go orders. A manager failed to take precautions with who was retrieving my order and allowed my food to be stolen. She admitted this was a frequent issue at her location. That is incredibly unacceptable for any customer based establishment.
