Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. NPS has been widely adopted as a key metric often linked to the revenue potential of a company’s product or service. The metric is based on customer responses to the question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend the product to a friend?"

I like the down home flavor and quality of the food. It's always fresh and well-prepared. I like the local, relaxed atmosphere. I really like the T-shirts the staff wear & wish they were available to the public to buy. It's a really busy place at times! You have to wait for a table but that's ok.

1st off they could answer the phone and keep it off the hook so no one can call in an order. They are awful. Worst crew ever known

Customer service. My recent experience involved a manager who does not need to deal with the public. The wait staff were great.
