He served as Vice President in Charge of Supply Chain of North America of Whirlpool Corporation since June 1, 2005. He served as Vice President of Logistics at Whirlpool Corporation. He served as Vice President and General Managerat Schneider National, a privately held transportation and logistics leader. He served as a Vice President and General Manager of Schneider Logistics Inc. He a member of the board of directors for the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), and the Marriott School Supply Chain advisory board at Brigham Young University. He has previously served as chairman of the Distribution Council for McDonald''s Corporation and as chairman of the General Motors Corporation Supplier Council. He holds a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and a master's degree in business from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. NPS has been widely adopted as a key metric often linked to the revenue potential of a company’s product or service. The metric is based on customer responses to the question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend the product to a friend?"
