The union is something I'm not used to but it's a great benefit
I can't complain good it's not bad

What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team does it demand the work to be done
I feel as if my coworkers and I can come to an understanding to where we are on the same side and dealing with the same struggles in life and in the workplace.
I dont have too much to say about them
They're awesome & we work well together
I feel happy and excited when I come into work and can interact with my fellow associates - they've made working at my store wonderful. I feel welcomed and that I can openly talk to them about any personal issues; there is no judgement when I interact with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers are the most positive element at work.
The people are really nice

very diverse, everyone that works here is respectful toward all people that come to fry's.
We are all happy and try to use that to impact customers who come in with very stringent budgets and bad tempers...its rare for a customer to leave without a smile
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I applied, I was interviewed by someone from HR Not sure what the process is, but it looks like they hired just about anybody now

Process is easy and prompt
All the managers were very kind and thoughtful.
It was calm, fast, and to the point. Hiring was a fast process as well

I enjoy most coworkers and my area manager is very pleasant ti wirk with.
My Paycheck makes me happy
Not having to be there any more...
