10 years at this company and little to no pay raises. Always on Time and gets all work required and more done. Tailor wage is pitiful and acknowledgement sparse. Always expected to do more and more. Many days do not get lunches and breaks. Causing repetitive work injury.

Communication and wages. Maybe have them take a pay cut to give appropriate eages
