Since the founder was fire by greedy corporate shareholders the company has gone down hill and the people that destroyed the company are trying to bring it back with same business plans that destroyed it. The people in the stores are great but just puppets for making executives their money to waste.

The top takes care of the top and forgets the “little guys” in

The hope of future in the company but under current leadership the future is dim.

What I do, I love it. The co workers and customers. We love to help others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The top can still live comfortably but cut the pay of employees in the store and use COVID 19 as an excuse. The top ran the company into the ground before COVID and now use it and an excuse.
