What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

not much is positive about my time here

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Don't talk down on people trying to move up the ladder.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Nothing worth noting, they do the bare minimum or at least appear to.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've worked here for 4 years and make only a dollar above minimum wage, and that's because I fought for it and contacted the regional manager myself.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

A few of them lack the drive to even SHOW UP on a daily basis. Others are disrespectful and lazy. Some are amazing don't get me wrong; most aren't though.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I've worked here for roughly 4 years and have put in so much effort I can't keep my weight steady. Ive been given maybe 2 pay raises and I would hardly call them that at all.
