Working directly at verifone and not through a 3rd party

Process are not transparent and hard to manage

Competent Management, and actual leadership.

Way too much work relative to what I get paid. Could easily make 30% more elsewhere

Put others first and help them succeed.

We require more training; technical and domain.

Most are ok personally, but some are just whiners.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Standardised and less changes to ops

Put your people first. Clients second. It is not about the time we spent vs the money we make, it is about the difference we make to our clients and your people need to be allowed to make those differences.

Currently culture of fear. Fire incompetent management.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Everyone's job is on the line so everyone covers for themselves and do not care about those next to them.

Culture of fear; most coworkers entrenched and not open to new technologies, and business models. I don't think this can be improved.

No direction, no vision of what success looks like, most people fall far short of quota.
