If we were actually paid on par with other retail jobs. However we are paid only slightly above minimum wage. I work my rear off for far less than management but work 10x harder than the brand managers
Quitting and going back to what i know is better.
I feel that employees should be able to earn commission from the customers they help because we work so closely with each individual and put a lot of effort into earning the sale by it is not for any gain in our end, just on yours.
I think the company could increase the salary to $15.00 p/h and give double pay for overtime.

Manager does not care if people come and go. Everything thing I do to help the store always gets ruined after 24 hours. Over worked. Its a mess working there.
