Because the company doesnt care about the employees after thr split between victoria secrets

I don't feel like I am informed or educated about any of my benefits or compensation. I sell double to triple my goal on the sales floor when I do work and the customers always thank me so much for being so helpful.

They are negotioating the pay

I am acting as store manager but haven't been given the title due to regional manager being stingy with money. Extremely underappreciated, it's not worth putting in any effort because they do not care about you.

If the managers wouldn't talk about other people behind there backs. And if the other Manger would do her job correctly. I am not paid fairly for the time and work I put into the place.

If we were actually paid on par with other retail jobs. However we are paid only slightly above minimum wage. I work my rear off for far less than management but work 10x harder than the brand managers

Quitting and going back to what i know is better.

I feel that employees should be able to earn commission from the customers they help because we work so closely with each individual and put a lot of effort into earning the sale by it is not for any gain in our end, just on yours.

I think the company could increase the salary to $15.00 p/h and give double pay for overtime.

Manager does not care if people come and go. Everything thing I do to help the store always gets ruined after 24 hours. Over worked. Its a mess working there.
