I really love work at Victoria Secret every day. At the present, I am working as a selling associate but I would like some day become in a manager in one of the stores. I love the vision of the company, the core values, and taking care of the customers. This month I got 6 credit applications!!!

I love to work in the beauty and lingerie sections (VSL)
What did you like most about the interview process?
The former manager was very clear with the expectations, salary, and schedule.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the company could increase the salary to $15.00 p/h and give double pay for overtime.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team in my store is very helpful, patient, and celebrates the achievements of everyone. Everyone is very kind and hardworker.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very helpful and patient with the new associates. They engage the team all the times and celebrate the achievements of the associates. They take care of the associates and customers. I think they are the best leadership team.
